Defective Product

Juul - Defective Product
I had a shipment with defective pods and Juul refuses to refund or replace them. They say they are not covered by warranty. When i try to use the leaky pods the oil goes in my mouth so i have to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of product.

Device not working

Brand new Juul device and pod gets plugged in to charger; white light comes on for a few seconds, then green light flashes 5 times; device neither charges or works.

Do not waste your money on JUUL!!! So I just their CS number because this is the THIRD!!! 4pack I have bought in less than a week AND THEY WERE LESS THAN 1/2 FULL BECAUSE THEY LEAKED ALL OVER!!! The store said that can not return or replace them because JUUL!! Will not allow them to replace them and to call JUUL!! Well again I called these *** and the CSA was RUDE AF!! And told me they are not covered under their warranty! AFTER!!! Asking me 101 questions All my typical personal information that most CSA ask accept she also wanted know to if I had a juul.com account and if I did what email did I use for that. Then I had to fight to see the S/N ON THE *** device because she NEEDS TO HAVE THE DEVICE S/N even though I was not calling about the DEVICE!! I WAS CALLING ABOUT BROKEN LEAKING PODS!!!

Unsuccessful attempts with customer service

I am trying to get a coupon at Quick Trip for $10 off two 4 packs of juul pods. I used it many times in the past when it was on the QT app. The QT store managers know me from shopping there frequently. Per your request I went to the store and took pictures of the QT door with the address and the juul coupon ad on it, but it was undeliverable at the customer support address. I am old, handicapped and Juul is one of the few pleasures I have left. Juul is a big expense for me! Can you help me? Juul not working

The jewel Parts keep getting more and more expensive and they keep leaking so you only get half a pod when you should get a whole one. They always spill out the bottom and make a mess and stay in your clothing your seat no matter where you have it they make a mess because they always leak, I called them they never do anything to fix the issue. Least they could do is send me a promotional free pack of pods. I've bought 10 pens and endless pods.

Never received the juul

Ordered juul pods on 6/28 and as of today still have not received them. Its been well over 14 days. If I had known that getting online would take longer I wouldve gotten them from my local convenient store. Never had this happen before. They need to do better.
